On-site yoga instruction for your residents, patients, employees, students, or athletes that is tailored to meet your group’s specific needs.

I come to you — your residential community, healthcare facility, office/workplace, school, or training facility — and provide group yoga instruction at a time and location that is convenient for you and those you serve.

Based on the needs of the group, I am able to provide a full studio setup, including Manduka yoga mats, props (yoga blocks, straps, blankets), and other tools (e.g., myofascial release balls and rollers).
